From the front yard...

Trichocereus spachianus (aka Gold Torch Cereus) is a cactus that only blooms for one night a year, in the late, hot springtime. Ours had only one bloom last year, so we were delighted to see two this year. Aren't they beautiful?!?

These were taken the next morning. Now we have to wait until next year, but it's worth the wait.
